I heard there's this really good green sword with +45 Health and stuff!

All swords have the same base stats, they just look different. The max. health upgrade you can have from a sword is +30.

This noob was so sure that theres a green sword with +45 Health and +15% Dmg always with no minus! :P

well then that noob dont know anything about swords. The max sword you can get is +30 to health. There are a few still floating around with a +15% and no minus, but those are going to be VERY expensive to find.
